What if I want to have both sides of a Recwear reversible jersey printed?

No problem. On the order page product designer, if you choose a jersey that allows for the reversed side to print, the reverse icon Reverse Icon will appear. Clicking on this icon will show you the reversed side, but you will also have to select the checkbox on the graphics or names and numbers tab that states “images / numbers on reverse side?” to allow for printing on the reverse side. After you have selected this box, you may add features to either side and have different colors for the normal side and the reversed side. The designer will tell you which side you are looking at — front and back for the normal side, reverse front and reverse back for the reverse side. Again, toggle between front and back and normal and reverse sides with the flip icon Flip It Icon for front and back and the reverse icon Reverse Icon for the reverse and normal side. After you make all of your changes, what you see on the designer is what you get for that side shown. You will have a final chance to approve your selection on the confirmation page that will show you all four sides at one glance and the options you chose for each.

How do I check my order status?

Checking your order status is made easy on our order status page. Simply enter in your order number and billing zip code and your order status will display at the top along with your order details after. Possible statuses are Payment Received, In Art Department, In Printing, and Shipped. Orders go directly to the art department when received and are quickly sent to printing, where your custom sports jerseys are meticulously printed and/or heat sealed. Once your order is shipped, if you receive a Fed-ex tracking number, you may click on the link provided on the order status page to get an update of where your package is en route to your designated shipping location and an estimated time of arrival.

How can I change my order once it has been placed?

At Recwear, we know that last minutes details sometimes complicate life for coaches and team uniform ordering process. We aim to take the hassle out of rec league jersey purchasing. To change aspects of your order, contact our customer service representatives at 800.671.9074 or email us at customerservice@recwear.com as soon as you are aware of the changes to be made. We will work as hard as we can to update your order (within a reasonable time frame after placing the order) to accomodate you and make your experience with Recwear satisfactory.

Can I order just one more piece if I have already placed my order?

Absolutely! Our convenient ordering system allows for orders as low as one sports jersey. If you’ve already placed an order and need a few more, simply go to our order page and place an order for one or more pieces for your order.

Is there a setup charge for under 12 pieces?

Yes. A $10 setup charge will be assessed for orders of less than 12 pieces with front prints only. Orders with numbers and no front graphic, whether they are 2″ or 3″ front right chest numbers, or 6″ or 8″ back numbers, will not be assessed any setup charge. However, please note that the 3″ or 4″ number layouts with text at the top and/or bottom of the number on the front count as including a graphic and will be charged the $10 fee for under 12 piece orders.

Do you offer expedited shipping?

Yes. After the normal time it takes to produce your uniforms (7-10 days), we can expedited your shipment so you won’t miss important deadlines. The expedited shipping option is available in the checkout process and will charge the appropriate extra cost.

Do you use quality brand names such as Hanes, Jerzees, Anvil, Gildan, Augusta, etc?

Yes. Recwear uses only the highest of quality brand names for its product line. However, Recwear will also soon sew its own uniforms or jerseys using custom designed, high quality fabrics, thus adding a style and durability superior to anything on the market.

Do you use ink or do you heat transfer?

Both. Recwear uses only the best plastisol inks specifically designed for the fabrics being printed upon. Player names and numbers are heat transferred using Gorilla-Grip® technology.

Do I have to worry about the ink or heat transfer washing off?

No. Ink quality, proper drying and curing techniques, combined with high quality fabric and production expertise will insure that your ink stays on! Recwear guarantees it! Your jerseys and uniforms are safe to wash (see guarantee).

What is your turn around time?

Our current lead time is about 7-10 days in production. Many orders are completed much quicker, but be sure to give yourself enough time so we don’t miss your deadline. Expect about 3 days delivery time after production, or 2 days delivery after production for express shipping.
